To help our team deliver efficient and high-quality results, we kindly ask you to prepare your home with the following steps:

1. Clear the Floors

Remove personal items, toys, clothing, and clutter from the floors to ensure no areas are missed and we can clean thoroughly from corner to corner.

2. Pet Separation

To maintain a hygienic environment and avoid re-cleaning, we ask that pets be kept in a separate room during the service.

3. Minimize Traffic

For safety and efficiency, we prefer that homes be unoccupied during cleanings. If you work from home, we understand—please remain in one room while we clean the rest to prevent slips on freshly mopped floors or disruption to our workflow.

4. Empty the Sink

Please clear your sink of dishes before we arrive. This allows our cleaners to access water freely and clean efficiently. Kindly note: dishwashing is not included in our services.

5. Climate Control Notice

Let us know in advance if your home does not have air conditioning or heating. In cases of power outage or extreme temperatures, additional fees may apply for scheduling accommodations.

Our deep cleaning service includes everything from a standard clean plus:

  • Wiping baseboards

  • Sanitizing light switches and doorknobs

  • Extra detailed dusting

🛠️ How do I prepare for my cleaning?

To help us deliver the best results, please:

  1. Remove items from the floor

  2. Secure pets in a separate space

  3. Minimize movement through the home during cleaning

  4. Empty the kitchen sink of dishes (note: we don’t wash dishes)

  5. Inform us if AC or heat is unavailable—additional fees may apply in these cases

🕒 When will my cleaners arrive?

We provide a 2-hour arrival window within your scheduled time. If you need a specific arrival time, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🚫 Are there things you don’t clean?

Yes. For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide:

  • Ladder-based high cleaning

  • Biohazard removal (blood, feces, mold)

  • Deep stain extraction

  • Pest removal

  • Heavy lifting or junk hauling

📦 Do you offer organizing services?

Currently, organizing is not included in our cleaning packages. Please organize papers and personal items ahead of our visit so we can maximize cleaning efficiency.

🔁 Is there a rescheduling fee?

  • No charge if rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance

  • $50 fee if rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment

 

🚪 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most clients prefer to schedule cleanings while they’re away. If you're home, we ask that you remain in one room while we clean the rest to minimize disruption.

⏱️ How long does a cleaning take?

  • Standard Clean: Usually completed in 1–2 hours by a two-person team for one-person 2-4

  • Deep Clean: May take 3–6 hours, depending on your home’s size

🐾 What if I have pets?

We love pets! If your furry companion is calm and doesn’t interfere, you can leave them out. Otherwise, please secure them in a separate room for safety and efficiency.
